Hi friends!

Today I’m going to talk about the animals that live in my house. For start, I have to say that I don’t like the word “pet” because that word make sound the animals as a property we can own, and as a property has cash value, and a tradable property, and that’s not the vision I have about animals, and even less the vision about the animals that live in our house.
In my house in Los Andes, there are four dogs and two cats, but today i will speak about just one of them, the first dog that got to our home.
So, Bianca is the first dog that arrived our house, almost fifteen years ago. My sister found her in a dumpster near our house, she was just born, and she was dropped there with another little dog. So she picked up both them. They were almost dead, but we gave them shelter and warm, we have to gave them cardiac massage because they were fading out.
Both puppies survived that day, but we can not afford to care two dogs, so we have to put up in adoption the male puppie, and the female stayed with us, until now.
We gave her that name because in my grandmother’s house lived a male puppie name “Bernardo”, and in the movies was a movie named “Bernardo y Bianca” that was about thow mouse  who gets in love, so we use to say that when Bianca and Bernardo grow up they would get married.

And that’s the history of Bianca.

Cheers!
